There are 5 bedrooms including the tower room used as an office or single bedroom, the balcony has fabulous views of the River Medina and Cowes Harbour entrance. The tower was built for the owner to keep an eye on his oyster beds which were in the river.

Outside there is a lovely garden which circles the house with mature shrubs and trees. There is a welcoming entrance hall which leads into a conservatory overlooking the garden. Spacious kitchen/breakfast room with Krupps coffee machine, range cooker and American style fridge/freezer, solid oak table and plenty of seating. Cloakroom/utility room with butler sink, WC. Comfortable sitting room with sofa bed if required.
